NOTE: Prices include Coggins, Health Certificate. A non-refundable deposit is required, with payment in full before the horse leaves our ranch.

No postal money orders or personal checks will be accepted. Payment to be made in either Bank Drafts, Certified Check, or Financial Institution-issued International Money Orders.

	Backer Backer is a very good-natured solid built gelding that really enjoys being with people. He leads, ties, backs, loves to be groomed. All this fellow needs is someone with the time to spend just teaching him whatever you would like him to do or you can send him to a trainer. Ranch Horse,Trail Horse, Pleasure Horse - whatever your choice. Definitely a good all- around companion. 1200 lbs 15.2 - 15.3hh. DOB: 25/06/05 $1000
	Jane At 2 this filly is standing 16.2 hh and still has a lot of growing to do. She is quiet natured, easy to catch, can be haltered in the pasture. She is willing to please and handles very nicely. She leads ties and backs up. Enjoys being groomed and scratched all over. She is a very strong soild filly with a medium to thick bone, but not drafty. She is a pleasure to be around and to look at. 	Carmel At 2 yrs old this gelding is 15 hh approximately 1050 lbs maturing very nicely. He is easy to catch, can be haltered in the pasture, has just the basics such as leading, tying and backing up.When in a tie stall you can enter on either side of him. He enjoys being groomed. He is an alert very responsive fellow with a kind nature. SM 15.3ish 1250 lbs. He has good feet with a strong fine to medium bone. All he needs is someone to do something with him. 	Lane If you are looking for a hunter/jumper/sporthorse prospect this filly may be the one for you. Standing at 16.1 hh with still a lot of growing to do. She has nice clean straight legs with a medium bone and an athletic build. Her Dam is Parker, a bay colored Bel/QH mare. Sired by Radar. She has a kind calm nature; enjoys being with and around people. Loves to be groomed anywhere, anytime. She also can be haltered in the pasture along with being tied, leads well and backs up. Purchasing Information

If you are interested in purchasing a foal/horse from Deerhorn Equine Ranch please contact me at loisb@mts.net so that we can thoroughly discuss the type of horse you are interested in so I can match you up perfectly.

All foals are well acquainted with, and eat, oats prior to weaning.

After weaning they are fed appox 2 lbs of oats a day with free choice alfalfa/grass hay and water. They also have a salt lick and loose mineral to enjoy at their discretion.

All foals are weaned and dewormed in the beginning of September.

All foals are NAERIC microchipped and enrolled in the NAERIC ADVANTAGE PROGRAM.

The coggins and Health Certificate are included in the purchase price of the foal/horse.

The foals are ready for transport by the third week of September.

Even though the foals are not halter broke, they will be transported wearing a halter with an identifying numbered tag which matches the number on the Health Certificate.

All yearlings and older horses are sold quiet, halter broke to tie, lead and backup.

It is my intention to sell only to productive markets. Therefore, I retain the right to the refusal of any sale at my discretion.

Deerhorn Equine Ranch does not sell foals/horses to Rescue Groups or for the purpose of slaughter.
